Terms:
A deposit up to 50% for print products, 30% other upon agreed arrangements, unless stated otherwise. A requested deposit/retainer and/or said monthly arrangements must be acknowledged. All agreements must be written and signed WE DO NOT ALLOW VERBAL AGREEMENTS.

Deposit:
In most cases, we require a deposit of no less than 30% or $500.00 for web services. Print products and promotional items require 50% down as stated above under Terms.

Web Service Agreements:
We offer 3 types of agreements, arranging from small, medium and large scale web services. Our standard agreement typically consists throughout the entirety of a project from building, maintenance, customization and support. Agreements can be stated in a number of fashions; however we require at minimal 1 and up to 10 years for web service arrangements.

Print Products & Promotional Item Agreements:
Printing, design and/or promotional item agreements can be any length depending on the project at hand.

We NO LONGER accept oral/verbal arrangements. If you are unable to adhere to a written and signed arrangement, we regrettably would have to decline from transacting business.
