Policy:
Payment policy is to collect our initial deposit under our Terms before any work can and will begin. You may or may not receive an invoice for work that has been completed, depending on the project. If in the event the balance due is under your initial deposit, we will give credit toward future work (unless a refund has been previously requested); however balances due that require payment must be paid in full.

Payments Accepted:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our credit/debit processor. If you are paying by check, money-order, cashier’s check and/or cash, please inform us for billing purposes.

Rates:
If we must enter your credit/debit card manually into our system (keyed), the fee is 3.5% along with a 15¢ additional transaction fee (this is what we are charged). Perhaps you would like to run your card (swipe) through our system, please let us know as this would reduce the transaction fee to 2.75% with no additional transaction fee.
